Junjin Spare Parts S VALVE 80

This S Valve is a direct-fit replacement for Junjin concrete pumps, sized at 80mm (DN80) and manufactured to original equipment specifications. It is fully interchangeable with Genuine Junjin parts and compatible with other South Korean pump brands using the same S-Valve configuration.

Constructed from heat-treated alloy steel, this valve is designed to withstand the extreme pressures and abrasive wear of continuous concrete pumping. The 80mm bore diameter ensures optimal flow while minimizing pressure drop during the pumping cycle.

The valve body features precision-machined mounting surfaces and a modular flange and shaft design for straightforward installation. It is finished with a bright yellow, high-visibility coating for improved worksite identification and corrosion resistance.

This assembly includes the complete S-pipe with integral wear components. For proper installation, we recommend using new wear rings and sealing elements (available separately) to ensure tight joints and prevent concrete leakage at the hopper connection.
